Fees

Fees reflect the professional standards required for your Psychotherapist to provide safe and effective Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This includes - but is not limited to - regular clinical supervision, ongoing professional training and development, accreditation with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and registration with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

ASSESSMENT

60-minute face-to-face appointment and assessment report

To establish a shared understanding of your presenting difficulties and the treatment options available to you and provide a written assessment report for you, and your GP.

N.B.

Subsequent assessment appointments required after the first are charged at the 60-minute CBT session rate. Assessment report will be provided on conclusion of assessment.

CBT SESSIONS

60 or 90-minute face-to-face treatment sessions

A standard CBT session is 60-minutes in length.

90-minute sessions are recommended for some sessions, in a course of therapy, e.g. where the treatment focus is an anxiety disorder, OCD or PTSD. Can also be booked for individual need, e.g. sensory difficulties, long-term conditions, neurodivergence. To be discussed and agreed in advance of booking.
