Synergy. “A combined or coordinated interaction producing a joint effect that is greater than the sum of their separate parts”.

Synergy reflects the key approach in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) which is collaboration. Together you and I work as a team; you bring your expertise by experience (of your difficulties) to the partnership, and I bring my mental health knowledge, CBT skills and my professional experience.
